- Q: My account has been deleted, why?
A: If it wasn't deleted for rule violations please refer to the enlistment page for details on
inactive accounts. However, if your account was deleted for rule violations here is the only explanation you will
receive. WAR doesn't disclose the reason for account deletion because this Club doesn't educate rule violators on the Club's
methods of detecting rules violations. You may rejoin the club but keep in mind, if you violate the rules again your account
will be deleted again.
- Q: I have forgotten/lost my password or didn't receive it when I enlisted, what to do?
A: In either case just re-enlist again (try again). The system want allow a duplicate username or email address. Therefore, when
re-enlisting keep that in mind.
- Q: What happened to all my valor points?
A: valor points reset around every 15 days, please refer to the valor points link on main page for more
details.
- Q: I just posted a win and it's not showing up on the rating table, why?
A: to get real-time stats do a member search. the rating table only updates
every hour or so.
- Q: I'm not listed on the rating table and i just enlisted, why?
A: the rating table only list players with at least 1 or 2 valor points, depending on how many days ago
valor points were reset. so just play a few games to get listed.
- Q: I'm having difficulty finding an opponent any suggestions?
A: refer to the "match log" to get club members' user names and then put them on your zone messager's friends list. then zone
message members to see if they're up for a club game.
- Q: How can I change which branch I'm in?
A: You can change the branch you're in once you reach 30, 100, and/or 250 games played. However, 50 skill points will be subtract from your stats
for every change.
- Q: What do I need to do to have my user name deleted?
A: You can become inactive (stop playing games) and you'll be deleted automatically, see enlistment page for inactivity details.
- Q: How do I change my email address, I've got a new one, so I'll receive loss notifications?

- Q: I've registered at the forum but can't make a post, why?
A: BOLD RED TEXT JUST LIKE THIS APPEARED ON THE REGISTRATION PAGE AFTER YOU SUBMITTED YOUR
USER NAME, EMAIL, AND PASSWORD. THAT BOLD RED TEXT INFORMED YOU THAT THE FORUM JCoS (1v1) OR PLATOON JCoS (Platoon) HAD TO BE NOTIFIED BY YOU, SO YOUR PASSWORD
COULD BE ACTIVATED.
- Q: My stats were corrected/modified by admin due to an arbitration decision or something else. Why hasn't my rate change?
A: Once a win is reported after the stat correction then your rate will be corrected also.
- Q: I was suspended from the forum and the suspension time has passed. Why can't I post now?
A: You have to request to have your password activated again and/or re-register your forum account.
- Q: Something is wrong, I can't request or verify a match number?
A: The error page should tell you the problem (read), if it doesn't you may have a bugged out browser (usually micrsoft), so
try using netscape to post with.
